What to Expect: Attention Explorers is a fun and interactive social group tailored for children ages 7-11 on the autism spectrum. Activities are designed to enhance focus, encourage meaningful engagement, and promote communication and self-regulation skills. Through group-based play and exercises, participants will learn how to interact with others, practice patience, and build confidence in a collaborative setting.
Each week, parents will receive updates on their child’s progress via a dedicated group chat. Photos from sessions will also be shared.

Children who have trouble recognizing the clues their body gives them and matching these clues to their own emotional state or may benefit from developing greater self-awareness in a structured group setting.
Trouble Choosing Appropriate Tools for Regulation
In this group, kids explore a variety of tools and determine what impact these tools have on their bodies. They will become competent in picking appropriate self-regulation tools and strategies.
Difficulty Recognising and Ensuring Basic Physiological Needs are Met
Children who struggle to recognise whether their basic physiological needs are met will be guided to look internally and ensure that these needs (hunger, thirst, warmth, rest) are met. Ensuring that these basic needs are met is the first step to regulation.
What to Expect: This group introduces children ages 6-8 to mindfulness and self-regulation techniques through fun, engaging, and purposeful activities. Kids will learn to recognize internal body cues (interoception), identify emotional states, and practice strategies to regulate their feelings in a way that is both interactive and meaningful.
Each session will focus on a recognising different body cues, gradually helping children build a personal toolkit of coping strategies they can apply in everyday situations. Parents will receive regular updates and photos of the group’s progress through a dedicated WhatsApp group.

What to expect: This group is designed for ages 9-13. It is weekly group for one hour. A Whatsapp group will be created for all parents to receive weekly updates and photos of the groups progress. Each session the children will focus on a different aspect of Wellbeing (social, emotional, financial, occupational, environmental, intellectual, mental and physical.)

What to expect: This group is designed for children ages 4-6 and follows the Social Thinking Methodology, incorporating materials from the We Thinkers! series. Each session includes the reading of a story from the series, activities related to the story's lessons, and guided practice of social skills.
Parents will receive weekly updates and photos of the group’s progress in a dedicated WhatsApp group. Handouts with activities will also be provided after each session to reinforce skills at home.

Teens and Young Adults Navigating Anxiety and Depression
This group is designed for teens and young adults who experience anxiety, low mood, or depression and want to work through their emotions and develop practical skills to improve their emotional well-being.
Struggles with Emotional Regulation
Participants who experience intense emotions, frequent mood swings, or difficulty managing stress will gain strategies to regulate emotions and build resilience.
Building Confidence and Independence
Teens and young adults who experience self-doubt or negative thought patterns will practice reframing their mindset, developing self-compassion, and improving self-esteem.
What to Expect: Reset Room is a 16-week therapeutic group specifically for teens and young adults dealing with anxiety and depression. There will be two groups, one for ages 13-17 years old and one for 18-25 years old. Through guided discussions, interactive exercises, and mindfulness-based techniques, participants will explore practical tools to manage stress, improve mood, and build emotional resilience. This group uses a cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, somatic experience and play-based therapy.

What to Expect: The LEGO STEM Group is designed for boys on the autism spectrum, ages 13-16, who want to explore STEM concepts through engaging, hands-on LEGO-based activities. Each week, participants will work together to complete projects that encourage critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity.

What to Expect: This group uses The Zones of Regulation curriculum to teach children ages 4-5 how to identify and manage their emotions in a practical and accessible way. The program focuses on building self-regulation skills through interactive lessons, activities, and guided practice.
Each session includes a focus on one zone or key concept, allowing children to gradually build a toolkit of strategies they can use in daily life. Parents will receive updates and photos of the group’s progress in a dedicated WhatsApp group.
